The New Year Push

So as you will all know I have been involved in a weight loss documentary in 2010 and have had extremely successful results losing over 6 stone in 6.5 months. A remarkable result to say the least. Over the last month I have stepped off the gas going into Christmas and the cold weather really affecting the mentality to exercise. With it being new year and the first Monday of the new-year, I am beginning another strict three month push to lose a further 2.5 stone by August 2011.

So this will be the area whereby I will document all of it. If anyone has any questions and want advice from someone whom has acheived success without any fad measures, please do drop me some questions below.

Day 1

iPhone glitch caused me to wake up late today, lost pass for work. Haven't had the time to eat this morning.

10:00am - Cafe Americano with a dash of Millac Acid milk (20kcal)
11:00am - Rumbles Oat Clusters Bio Yogurt (280kcal)
14:00pm - Healthier Choice - Chicken Salad Sandwich (265kcal)
17:00pm - Evening meal TBC with 900kcal to play with
18:00 - Cup of Tea with fully skimmed milk (15kcal)
20:00 - Cup of Coffee with fully skimmed milk (20kcal)

Projected Water intake - 1.5 Litres

I don't need this now but I was planning on picking this up before the whole process started. It's a guy that whom has used video games to inspire his weight loss. When i say use video games, I mean use the concept of video games and its rules set. Take a look

Tea consisted of a chicken fillet on salad with baked potato. 1 glass of mulled wine and 4 White chocolate covered coffee beans.

Following on I also had a glass of Schloer. Fell within my calorie limit, generally happy really.

DAY 2

Bowl of Special K (222kcal) - BREAKFAST
Wafer Thin Turkey Sandwich w/ Brown Sauce (334kcal) - LUNCH
SNACK - Banana (110kcal)
EVENING MEAL - Chicken Salad (220kcal)
Drinks (2 Cups of Tea), (4 Bottles of Water)

Projected Water intake - 1.5L

Energy Levels - LOW, Decided to go to sleep at 1am night before.

Exercise - 2x 20 minute walks

Jacket Potato With Beans
4 Bottles of Water
1 Cup of Tea
Couple of Chocolate Coated Coffee Beans for late night energy.
