Since the announcement that Crytek would be working on the sequel for their highly regarded Crysis series I couldn’t help but punch the air. Even more so when I found that it was to be multi-platform. There was something about that futuristic shooter that looked so sublime, the destruction physics and then the benchmark of what it achieved graphically really topped it off. To find its way on th... more.

It’s another year and that can only be one thing, another Need for Speed game. EA have been somewhat unsure where to take the whole series of late, Shift and Nitro being two vastly different games, a stab at the arcade and a stab at the simulated. Now it’s time for EA to do what it does best at, throw back the police cars into the mix and this time you can be the police! EA’s strongest owne... more.

It was announced yesterday that the Real Madrid midfielder Kaka will star alongside Manchester United star Wayne Rooney on the front cover of EA's upcoming FIFA 11. This seems like a very strange decision when you consider the past season was arguably Kaka's worst season to date, with him being injured for a large portion and just playing poorly for the remainder... Oh well. Check out this short t... more.

The first trailer for the upcoming First Person Shooter Bulletstorm from Epic Games, the developers famous for the Gears of War and Unreal Tournament series, has been released and shows one hell of an action-packed, no-nonsense adrenaline ride. The game has obvious similarities to Gears of War in terms of environment and characters, but what can you expect from the same developers and game engine.... more.

Check out the latest video from the guys over at EA, this time showing us how easy it is to build a skate park to practice your tricks and flicks in Skate 3. That's an hour of my life I'll never get back As we know last year FIFA Ultimate Team's release was quite frankly, a PR disaster. This time round on the surface the game appeared smooth and without faults, however with extensive play from its own community. FIFA 10: Ultimate Team is full of bugs and anno... more.

Forget about an Amazon Kindle, FLIPS does it better. You may think that the above headed title is a sign of myself going through early signs of madness, but I can assure you I am not talking to myself. The release of the Amazon Kindle was a breakthrough in pointless technology coined by environmentalists who jumped on the Green Industrial Complex. It was something that book publishers lapped up l... more.
